Set in 38 hectares of forest and gardens with a lovely pool area, this resort hotel has spacious rooms with fine terrace seating. Some bathrooms are better than others. Extras include an Ayurvedic spa and the occasional visiting wild elephant. Service is not the best, but the quiet location is very relaxing. It's 7km west of town.
