Taberna El Rebujito

Valencia

Named for an Andalusian cocktail, this popular tapas bar serves favourite bites from the southern Spanish region. The menu includes Andalusian classics like crisp tortillitas de camarones (fried shrimp fritters) and cazón en adobo (marinated dogfish). Eat off barrels in the typical taverna or find a table on the pedestrianised street corner that El Rebujito takes over in summer.
