Eurostars Lucentum

This chain is a bit hit-or-miss, but this is one of its better offerings, in a fine location opposite the market and a short walk from the nightlife zone. Rooms are recently renovated and sport polished wood fittings, spacious bathrooms and decent soundproofing. A top-floor gym and sauna, plus helpful staff, make it a sound option. Much cheaper off-season.
