This grand staircase, connecting the Paseo del Óvalo to the train station, is a masterpiece of neo-Mudéjar monumental architecture redolent of Seville's Plaza de España. Built in 1920, it was painstakingly restored in the early 21st century. There's a lift back up to the Paseo.
