Crank up the romance at this rambling, whitewashed, adults-only retreat, 1.5km northeast of Sant Lluís. Draped in bougainvillea, the 18th-century farmhouse is expertly run by a British artist-designer and charming team. Two jade-green pools lie in a beautiful garden planted with tamarisk and almond trees. Rooms are stylishly rustic-modern, while the gourmet restaurant (mains €17 to €28) is open to all.
