Hotel Romàntic

Housed across two exquisite Modernista villas, the Romàntic is all sparkly chandeliers, grand staircases and colourful tiles. Charmingly updated rooms are on the small side, but fresh and cosy, styled in whites and blues; some have private terraces with sunbeds. There's a lovely garden cafe, service is attentive, and the whole place has a welcoming feel (but no lift).
