Asador Es Teatre specialises in roast lamb, T-bone steaks and other fine cuts of aged meat, all seared to perfection on the Josper (grill-oven). The building – which has been used as a barbershop, dentist and even a ballroom – dates to the 19th century; but the outdoor terrace, commanding a fine view of all the town's comings and goings, is the place to be.
