Sa Trinxa

South Ibiza

At the southeastern end of Platja de Ses Salines, a hefty (worthwhile) walk from the parking, this is the island's coolest chiringuito. It draws quite a crowd – hardcore clubbers and fashionistas, Ibizan hippy types and the odd model – all soaking up the Balearic vibes of resident DJs that include Jon Sa Trinxa. Contemporary Spanish-international snacks and meals are served, too.
