Es Molí de Santanyí

Located in an old windmill on the road leading east from Santanyí, this sprawling stone-built restaurant has a lovely garden terrace shaded by palms and rubber trees. With a tasty line in tapas, the menu is all imaginative, well executed morsels for assembling your own little feast, from tuna sashimi to pork loin with sobrassada (spicy cured sausage) custard and roasted quail with lentils.
