Despite the name, Alchemy has little to do with molecular gastronomy or culinary experimentation. With its pretty courtyard, slick bistro interior and warm welcome, it keeps its look, feel and food refreshingly simple. You can select from a morning ensaïmada (sprial pastry), tapas, duck confit with pear chutney, salt cod with roasted peppers, or simply grilled meat, seafood, pasta or pizza.
