La Paloma

Top choice in North & Interior Ibiza

A mellow vibe permeates this boho-chic restaurant set amid lush gardens, just downhill from Sant Llorenç's church. The weekly changing menu is Italian with a creative slant: pastas, risottos, homemade focaccia, herby salads with garden-grown veg, and a terrific solomillo (beef steak) with balsamic and thyme. The cafe serves great quiches, salads, cakes and organic smoothies on a shady, overgrown terrace.

Service can be a little slow in summer, when you'll definitely need to book ahead.
