Villa Mercedes

Set in gorgeous gardens, this graceful 1901 Ibizan mansion overlooks the marina and offers upscale Spanish-Mediterranean cooking, from grilled vegetables and Iberian ham to local catch of the day and a two-person rib-eye steak with island-grown potatoes. There are also cocktails, some good Spanish wine picks and live music, including flamenco, almost every day.
