Occupying an 18th-century chapel, this upmarket, highly atmospheric and romantic restaurant proves equally popular with Ibiza's old-money elite and the DJ set. Meat dishes such as suckling pig, lamb chops and rib-eye steak are elegantly cooked and presented (there's little for vegetarians), and the wine list is suitably extensive. It's 1.5km northeast of town.
