A cut above most of the Sant Antoni competition, Es Ventall offers delicious updated-Ibizan dishes such as shoulder of lamb with stir-fried veg, or bullit de peix (fish stew) with arròs a banda (paella-style rice cooked in fish stock). There are fine tapas and an impressive range of paella and fideuà, too. The garden terrace, shaded by trees, is gorgeous.
