Tulp

On San An's promenade, Tulp has a vaguely hippy vibe with its zany colour scheme, flower-lined gateway, shisha pipes and hammocks, plus scattered sofas with cushions. But don't expect a flower-power soundtrack: DJs spin purely electronic vibes. The low-key lounge also serves reasonably priced international tapas and mains (€7 to €15) and a €15 set menu.
