Café del Mar

West Ibiza

Ibiza's (and Spain's) most famous bar, Café del Mar is an island institution and a place of pilgrimage. The seafront bar has been serving up the same mix of atmospheric electronic beats, pricey drinks (cocktails €15) and staggering sunset views since 1980. It's grown to include a swanky adjacent bar-restaurant and a merchandise shop stocking the brand's world-renowned mix CDs.
