The owners' next-door farm provides most of the meat, eggs and vegetables you'll taste in the excellent restaurant of this small Cucayo hotel. The cocido lebaniego (a local stew with meat, sausages, chickpeas and cabbage) is superb. Nonguests can lunch here (essential to reserve) but dinner is for guests only.
