On Platja de Migjorn's southeastern corner, and in business for 40 years, smart Es Cupiná is noted for its freshly cooked fish of the day. Paella, fideuà and bullit de peix (fish stew) with arròs a banda (paella-like rice in fish stock; order ahead) are other specialities, or graze on tortilla, cured ham and the odd Asian-inspired creation such as tuna tataki.
