Funky Santa Catalina is the logical neighbourhood for this dedicated Cajun-Creole restaurant, the first outpost of New Orleans cool in Palma. Bayou classics like jambalaya, gumbo and ribs are given some refinement (a slick of Calvados jus here, a touch of truffle oil there) but basically the food and soundtrack stick close to the Louisiana originals.
