The 'Oven of Holy Christ' has been baking up ensaïmades (a light, spiral pastry emblematic of the island) since 1910, and offers a choice of 12 fillings ranging from velvety marzipan to white chocolate with nuts. It also offers a range of other traditional goodies, including cocas patatas (sweet potato buns).
