Yet another example of Palma's forward-thinking food scene, this former bakery is all stripped-brick, perfectly mixed cocktails and Mallorcan/Mediterranean food taken to the next level. As far as possible, all the ingredients and produce are local, showcased in such dishes as tuna tartar with guacamole. The three-course regular or vegetarian lunch menú provides an excellent introduction to the cuisine.
