A functioning convent for 400 years, this retreat from the hubbub of its busy surrounds exudes calm throughout 27 all-white rooms and airy common spaces. There's a hot tub and sauna in the stone-walled cellar, a relaxing rooftop terrace (complete with a pool) and an artfully designed reading room.
