Tucked into the marvellous Manrique-designed Jameos del Agua lava caves, this beautifully positioned restaurant serves all the Canarian classics, from grilled squid with papas arrugadas to local cheese drizzled with tomato marmalade. Dinner happens to live music on Tuesday, Saturday and, from July to September only, Wednesday (set menus €40 to €50).
