Mar a Vila

Ibiza Town

Sweet, relaxed tapas specialist Mar a Vila brings a splash of the sea to city-centre Ibiza and conceals a pretty courtyard. The tapas and pintxos (Basque tapas, €1.50), stacked on the bar, are bang on the money (try the red pepper stuffed with goat's cheese), as are deliciously contemporary mains such as pork ribs with Ibizan herbs or pumpkin-and-asparagus risotto.
