La Brasa

Ibiza Town

La Brasa is as popular for its quality fish and meat, sizzled over charcoal, as for its paellas and Mediterranean dishes crafted with ingredients from its own organic garden. Try savoury delights such as courgette-flower tempura or entrecôte in green-pepper sauce, served on a romantic fairy-lit terrace shaded by vines, palms, banana trees and bursts of bougainvillea.

Perhaps best visited outside high season (when the kitchen and service can struggle).
