Heart

Ibiza Town

A fabulous collaboration between Canadian Cirque du Soleil founder Guy Laliberté and Catalan star chefs Ferran and Albert Adrià, Heart is a creative, high-end fusion of performance art, live bands, electronic club nights and elaborate cuisine. Book in advance for dance-theatre shows over imaginative Adrià-designed dinners (minimum spend €215 per person), or come for Ibiza's famous gay-friendly La Troya Wednesdays, which relocated here in 2017.
