La Fábula Restaurante

Top choice in Granada

A formal fine-dining restaurant set in a stylishly restored 1909 palacete (now the Hotel Villa Oniria), La Fábula is the domain of star chef Ismael Delgado López, whose artfully composed plates of contemporary-Spanish cuisine with strong, seasonal Granada flavours impress: fresh fish from Motril, ibérico pork cheeks, Riofrío caviar, smoked-cheese ravioli with garlic and honey. The terrace garden is lovely for a drink.
