Granada hosts some excellent Moroccan kitchens, especially in the Albayzín, and long-established Arrayanes one of its best. Tinkling fountains, ceramic tiles and ornate arches set the stage for superb North African staples, from bisara split-pea soup to steaming tagines and flaky pastelas (savoury pies). No alcohol, but the mint lemonade is perfect.
