There's Ibiza and there's ….Fraga, a country town out in Aragón's bleak eastern semideserts, 115km from Zaragoza, that is home to Florida 135, the temple of Spanish techno. The windowless, 3000-sq-metre, graffiti-strewn space is the most recent incarnation of a dance hall that's been going since 1942. Busloads of clubbers arrive from around the region for the Saturday-night electronic sessions.
