Dine under the same roof as Salvador Dalí once did at this top-class, chandelier-lit restaurant, where smart service and plush decor are matched by such expertly prepared delights as smoked-salmon tartare, sole in orange sauce and pineapple carpaccio topped by mango ice cream. There's a €25, three-course set menu, along with a seasonal tasting menu (€40) if you can't decide.

It's part of the graceful, very comfortable Hotel Durán, where Dalí and his wife were often guests.
