As is the custom throughout Spain, the nuns at this 15th-century convent bake their own pastries and sell them to the public. If the door's open, enter the entrance hall, put your money in the niche (€5 for a dozen perrunillas, or €7 for a cake) and ring the bell. Soon enough, the money will disappear and your order will appear.
