Hotel Sa Volta

This white-on-white hotel stands right in the town centre. Its 25 fresh, spacious rooms are tastefully done out in muted colours, some with half-canopied beds and Nespresso machines. The suites, conceived by Formentera designer Alessandro Negri, up the romance with wood-panelled headboards and polished-concrete floors. There's a rooftop lounge, pool and hot tub with wraparound views, plus an on-site restaurant.
