Mesón La Noria de Dulcinea

Castilla-La Mancha

Looking like the kind of inn Don Quijote might have frequented can't be a bad thing in El Toboso. There are no surprises in the cooking at Noria, which is 100% Manchegan. Expect excellent renditions of migas (breadcrumbs, often cooked with chorizo and served with grapes), roast lamb and partridge. The open courtyard looks like it has sprung straight from Cervantes' imagination.

They also rent rooms in the village.
