Halfway between Es Caló and El Pilar de la Mola, this spectacularly positioned hillside restaurant has a terrific terrace from which you can watch the sun sink over Formentera. The focus is on traditional, smartly presented grilled meats, fresh fish, paellas and fideuà (a paella-like noodle dish).
