Gastromolino

Top choice in Castilla-La Mancha

In 2017, one of Consuegra's disused windmills was transformed into one of Castilla-La Mancha's most unusual restaurants, with a handful of tables tucked onto an upper floor of the 16th-century mill (plus terrace seating out front when weather permits). Gastromolino serves up beautifully prepared dishes featuring regional produce from a menu that changes monthly. Space is limited, so reserve ahead.

During the summer, Gastromolino opens on periodic nights for dining and open-air concerts. Check the website for upcoming events.
