This 127-room establishment offers the experience of staying inside part of a centuries-old monastery, now converted to a hotel. Rooms are small and spartan in decor but spotless, with comfy beds and glassed-in showers. The more basic 'pilgrim' rooms can only be reserved by email, telephone or in person.
