The elegant prehistory and archaeology museum showcases Cantabria’s archaeological wealth, with the help of interactive multimedia displays. Many exhibits focus on large numbers of small objects (with informative explanations in Spanish, English and French), but you'll also see prehistoric bear skeletons, giant stone discs carved by the ancient Cantabrians, a replica Roman patio, and sections on Stone Age cave art.
