With the Tramuntana as its backdrop, this country estate planted with fig, almond and carob trees soothes the soul. The standard doubles are comfortable if a trifle bland, but the suites have bags of character, with exposed stone, beams and antiques. The infinity pool and spa area is incredibly peaceful.
