Els Jardins de la Martana

A charming, family-run hotel in a 1910 mansion at the out-of-town end of Besalú's grand medieval bridge. The 11 rooms have tiled floors, high ceilings and big windows (or balconies), and many offer views across the bridge to the town. Guests can relax in the lovely wood-panelled library, the terrace with its sweeping views, or the lounge with sofas and a fireplace.
