As with many trendsetting Basque restaurants, Arroka Berri takes high-quality local produce and refines old-fashioned recipes with a dash of invention. Highlights include oxtail-stuffed peppers, filet of hake loin with mussels and crispy vegetables, and sirloin with Idiazabal cheese sauce.
