Set over two levels, with a beautifully tiled ground floor dining room and a more contemporary space above, this welcoming restaurant excels at staples such as pork cheeks cooked in La Rioja red wine, cod Bizkaina style (with a sweet, slightly spicy pepper sauce) and risotto with mushrooms and smoked Idiazabal sheep's cheese.
On weekdays, the three-course lunch menu (€11) is fantastic value.
