El Chigre 1769

La Ribera

Part Asturian cider house and part Catalan vermuteria (vermouth bar), El Chigre brings elegant versions of classic dishes from both regions, devised by Asturian chef Fran Heras, to a stylishly revamped 18th-century building. Feast on potatoes with Cabrales sauce, Picos de Europa cheeses, Asturian fabada (bean-and-meat stew) or cured meats from the Pyrenees, all with cava, cider or house vermouth.
