In a great central location, the Hotel Castillo de Javier has small but comfortable rooms. It's on a busy street, lined with shops and restaurants and always noisy at night – though the double-glazed doors and windows help. Some rooms have balconies, ideal for people-watching, though cheaper rooms have rather less inspiring views.
