Aristoy Tarifa

From the team behind several top Tarifa foodie ventures, the old-town Aristoy occupies a creatively revamped 18th-century building crowned by a terrace and plunge pool. Design combines the original beams and patio with polished concrete, bamboo touches and crisp white-on-white styling. A few rooms have terraces and/or sloping attic-style ceilings, while the Andalucian restaurant opens onto a citrus-scented plaza.
