Located at the city's Centro de Arte Contemporáneo with white-on-white minimalist decor, Óleo provides diners with the unusual choice of Mediterranean or Asian food, with some subtle combinations such as duck breast with a side of seaweed with hoisin, as well as more purist Asian dishes and gourmet palate-ticklers such as candied roasted piglet.
There's a full-on sushi bar if you really want to play away and plenty of excellent wines. Service is snappy and sharp. Book in advance.
