If this jam-packed bar with floor-to-ceiling shelves conjures up visions of a vintage grocery store, well...that's exactly what it once was. Nowadays the colmado in its name – which means 'heaped up' in Spanish – could just as easily refer to the crowds who squeeze in every night for tapas of mojama (salt-cured tuna), sheep and goat's cheese, and malagueña sausage.
