Born in 1925, Jerez' oldest tabanco serves up its excellent sherry selection and pleasantly uncomplicated tapas (€2.50) with suitably raw twice-daily flamenco sessions (2pm and 9pm or 10pm). Flamenco legend Lola Flores is said to have performed here.
