Traditional Albarracín dishes are the stars at this established favourite, including roast lamb, local kid (cabrito), and truffles and wild mushrooms at certain times of year. Save room for a dessert such as pumpkin pie or cheesecake with red fruits. There are good tapas and raciones (larger plates) in the ground-floor bar too, plus over 20 gins to tipple.
