La Alcazaba

Close to the main square and often open when more seasonal places close, the Alcazaba’s cosy cave-like interior fits right in with Albarracín's historical atmosphere. The menu doesn’t stray too far from home with rabbit, trout, ham 'n eggs and Navarra asparagus.
