Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire’s Seoul restaurant is an epicurean and wallet-hammering experience with a dress code of no T-shirts, shorts or slippers. Lunch includes duck ravioli or chicken breast stuffed with truffles; a vegetarian menu is available. You'll need to reserve a month in advance. Alternatively, drop by the attached glam-to-the-max bar specialising in vodka and Champagne.
The restaurant was renovated and reopened in July 2018.
